If I select Free Local Pickup, where will I pick up my purchases? 

If free local pickup is selected (Perth only) we will send you an email with the pickup address and details. We are located North of the River 6065.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Mint Empire ships internationally but please contact us prior to ordering so we may give you a shipping quote.

How do I stuff my Moroccan pouf?

When we asked the same thing, we were told "Fill it with anything you want!" and you can but after some experimentation of our own we have come up with some ideas to fill them- some eco friendly too! 

Beans work really well, we recommend that you place a bin liner bag inside the pouf first and pour the beans into the bag, that way if you need to add beans later or remove them it saves you the mess of thousands of beans going everywhere!

Our Moroccan pouf at home is filled with newspapers and junk mail catalogues, it is light, easy to pack and fill and a great way to recycle too!! Once our pouf softened up we simply just add a little more newspaper to keep it firm.

Old clothes or towels work fantastically and creates a firm pouf perfect for sitting on.

My product is faulty or has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your purchase with the details of the fault/damage and preferably with a photo of the product. We will then contact you with what to do next to receive a exchange or refund. For more details please read our return policy.

Handmade/ Hand painted Items not exactly the same.

Leather, concrete, marble, handmade and hand painted items can have slight variations or minor flaws due the nature of the materials used and/or the fact that is has been created by human hands! It only adds to the beauty and character of the piece and makes it unique.

Colour

While aim to accurately display the colour of our products, some colours may vary slightly by your computer monitor. If you are unsure about any product, need clarification or see the product in another picture, please feel free to email us.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, if you have a specific item you would like gift wrapped, just leave us a note at the checkout!

I don't like providing my credit card details online, is there any other way to purchase my order?

Yes, please email us and we should be able to help find a alternate solution.
